great stay with friendly staff
friendly staff breakfast choice working air conditioning
the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. i especially noticed the chambermaids. the breakfast had plenty of choices, available from 7am to 10pm, so it was convenient for early excursions! the air conditioning worked very well and kept the room cool upon my arrival.
I think tea and coffee making facilities should be available in the rooms. I've had this in other hotels with similar ratings. there was also no balcony. I missed having somewhere to sit at the end of the evening.

the hotel is within walking distance of the central commercial area. restaurants and bars are also easily accessible. the location is pretty good, offering a short walk to the main square and shopping area.

a good escape!
warm staff attentive staff dinner recommendation short walk
The staff were so great. Their kindness shone through. they offered dinner recommendations and even booked restaurants for us, it was so considerate. the breakfast had so many choices, it was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. the hotel was conveniently located for exploring the town, only a short walk.
i would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

The rooms felt spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was especially wonderful. it was super clean. the air conditioning was excellent and kept the room cool upon our arrival. It was perfect after a long day.

the hotel stood within walking distance of the central commercial area, a very big plus. restaurants and bars were also close by. the railway station was about 15 minutes away, such a convenient walk with no cab needed.

limited pool hours inattentive service
The pool hours were limited. It closed too early. the hotel didn't seem to pay attention to details. Despite noting a peanut allergy on my reservation, they left a tray of peanut-filled sweets in the room. The value didn't match the price. They charged extra for swim towels, and toiletries weren't consistently restocked.

Worth the Walk
helpful staff great value
the staff were kind. It was a bit of a walk to the main piazza. however, the hotel is great value for the area. they have parking on site.
the gym was closed for SUNDAY and monday which was a disappointment. i checked, and it was also closed for the holiday. I WISH it had been open .

mixed experience, some issues
noisy street dark room
the breakfast had a good selection.
my room faced the street and was very noisy. the room was also old and dark. the pool was not in the hotel itself, it was located between several buildings.

Mixed Feelings About This Stay
constant noise limited hours
I found that some aspects did not live up to expectations. The lack of soundproofing became an issue, with constant noise from the street affecting sleep. The limited hours of the fitness center seemed impractical.. I really needed more flexibility .
